Video Competition

WE ARE LOOKING FOR 16-24 YEAR OLDS TO CREATE INSPIRING AND HELPFUL VIDEOS THAT WE CAN SHARE WITH YOUNG PEOPLE ALL OVER THE UK.

Many young people do not have access to great careers information or support, or who have young people who they can look to as role models. Your experiences of choosing a career, looking for employment and being a young person in employment can have a real value to other young people and we want to share and celebrate that.

So we are looking for our members to create a 60 second video for one of the following headings. You can be as creative or basic as you like. It is the content that is important. We will upload your videos to our YouTube page and the video with the most likes in each category will win a £50 Voucher. The video with the most likes overall will win a further £50 voucher.

The categories are:

  • Choosing a career
  • Finding work experience
  • Making the most of work experience
  • Being a Young Professional
  • Being a YEUK Ambassador (only open to Ambassadors)

The videos can be top tips, something poetic, a helpful animation, a simple reflection of your own experience. Consider what advice would have been helpful to you. We are not looking for the most professional, just the most helpful. You can film it yourself or get someone to help.
