Details
- Working hours: Full-time 37.5 hours a week
- Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 FTE depending on experience
- Location: Britannia House, Kettering (80% office attendance)
This is a broad role that has a direct focus on the work we do to understand, champion and support young people as well as providing support to those working in the systems around young people.
Responsibilities will include the Youth Ambassador Programme and the delivery and engagement of our online skills and careers resources to schools, colleges and other partner organisations.
Key to the position is the role of Designated Safeguard Lead, ensuring that the organisation is at the forefront of the statutory duty and best practice around the safety and wellbeing of young people.

About You
- Experience of working with and leading young people
- Experience of managing projects to a high standard
- Written communication skills ability to produce reports, analysis and presentations
- Experience of creating education resources
- Experience of Safeguarding responsibility, advantageous if this is at a DSL level
- Knowledge of CEIAG and Student Experiences
- Confident public speaker
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels

Working Conditions
- 37.5 hours per week (unless other agreement in place)
- Hours of work can be managed between 8am and 6pm
- Office base is Britannia House, Station Road. Kettering. Staff are required to work from the office a minimum of 80% unless otherwise agreed.

Once applications have been reviewed there will be a 2 stage interview process.
Stage 1: informal interview via zoom either 13th, 14th or 17th March
Stage 2: an in person interview which will include a presentation to a selection of colleagues, meeting the staff team and visiting our Kettering base date likely to be 24th or 25th March.
