Youth Board members & Young Advisors at London Wildlife Trust #CreateYourFuture Opportunity

Are you a young person aged 16-25 living in London wanting to make a difference to your local community and wildlife? Would you like to be a voice for young people and influence change? London Wildlife Trust is recruiting for 9 Youth Board members and 3 Young Advisors NOW!

You will help the Trust engage with young people from a diverse range of backgrounds, influence communications strategy, curate events and be an ambassador at events. Receive mentoring from our Trustees and senior management team, regular training opportunities in careers, leadership, public speaking and youth governance and a London Wildlife Trust Annual membership.

Could you be what we are looking for? 

• You are aged 16-25
• Motivated to create change
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• Keen to take part in discussions, events, meetings, workshops and training
• Excited about furthering youth involvement at the Trust
• Interested in being an advocate for other young people

What we offer you in return:  

• We will cover your travel expenses to meetings/events you attend, and we will provide lunch/snacks/refreshments
• We are also able to offer financial reimbursement for some opportunities undertaken with the Trust
