During this programme we will be working with your personal goals and values to further develop a mindset for success, fulfilment and happiness. Here are just some of the aspects you will cover:
- confidence building and developing a growth mindset
- identifying and dissolving self-limiting beliefs
- goal setting
- understanding the brain and body language
- supporting others
- daily mindset techniques, mindfulness, breath work and mediation
A positive mindset can help in so many ways, whether in your own business, continuing in education, or applying for your dream job, having a positive mindset makes all the difference.
During this course the team will also explain how The Prince’s Trust can help you get into work, training or set up your own business. This programme aims to increase your employability even further, or even spark an entrepreneurial streak!
