Community Member Ingeus are now offering FREE training to youth organisations on ‘GROUP ASSESSMENT RECRUITMENT’.
The ‘Group Assessment’ is now common place with organisations throughout the UK and will no doubt be an inevitable part of a young person’s journey into employment. However, young people with little or no experience of group recruitment can often feel nervous, anxious and unsure of what to expect in a group recruitment environment.
Therefore, our local youth recruitment teams are offering free training to help young people understand group recruitment, so they can get the best out of it when the time comes!
By taking part in this free training, young people will;
- Learn about the methodology behind group recruitment
- Learn the basic ‘do’s and don’ts’ of how to behave and what to say in a group recruitment environment
- Learn the skills needed to overcome nerves and perform their best in a group assessment
- Have fun taking part in a ‘real’ group assessment task
- Gain feedback on how they’ve done with advice and guidance on their development
If our employers are hiring in the area at the time, we’ll even consider young people who are suitable for actual vacancies with companies like Jamie Oliver, wagamama, YO! Sushi, ASDA and many more!
This is an amazing opportunity for youth groups and organisations to take up FREE training for their young people which could have a hugely positive impact on their chances of employability in the near future.
