About the opportunity
MBDA, in partnership with The Launch Group has developed a bespoke three-week employment programme designed to give prospective apprentices the opportunity to gain an insight into the business and help prepare them for the upcoming apprenticeship intake.
The programme will prepare candidates for employment through:
- Developing teamwork, communication & employability skills
- Offering a one week work experience placement within MBDA
- Improving interview skills in preparation for the interview process
- Giving an insight into the defence industry, the MBDA business and job roles.
