Why is the Women in Business Programme important?
We live in a diverse world, and professional services Youth Friendly Employer EY understands the world we work in should reflect this. They are committing to double the proportion of women in the UK partnership to 40% by July 2025.
EY Careers has created the Women In Business Programme to take active, REAL steps to encourage you to surge forward in business.

Do you know what your career options are? Join EY for a one-day EY learning experience with panel discussions, Q&As with EY’s people, interactive workshops and more.
If you’re a first-year university student or in your second year of a four-year course in any degree, the Discover EY programmes are a great way to see if you could enjoy a career with EY.
What can you expect?
The interactive one-day Women in Business event in London will give you access to senior leading women within EY, and will have a focus on their four service lines; Assurance, Consulting, Tax and Transactions.
You’ll also hear from the EY Women’s Network about the support and opportunity for personal development as well as the formal and informal professional development we provide all our people, from trainee through to Partner.
2020 dates for the Women in Business Programme are:
– Women in Tax – Monday 30 March 2020
– Women in Consulting – Tuesday 31 March 2020
– Women in Assurance – Thursday 2 April 2020
– Women in Transactions – Friday 3 April 2020
Entry requirements
You will need to be in your first year at university, or second-year on a four year course in any degree subject.
The event will be held in London. Travel and accommodation are paid for. You must currently be studying at a UK university and in the UK at the time of the event (outside UK travel costs cannot be covered).
