Sector-based Work Academy Programme delivered virtually by West Midlands Police and the National Careers Service.
These opportunities are open to everyone in the Staffordshire, Warwickshire, the Black County, Birmingham & Solihull.
The programme will include virtual interactive sessions about the various roles available, eligibility, the recruitment process, myth-busting & changing perceptions. Information will also be provided about the training you will receive and future career development and prospects too.
Following successful completion of the programme the vacancies available will be:
Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) – suitable for those who do not have a degree (Level 6 qualification or higher) and meet the eligibility criteria.
Starting salary £21,525 and a fully funded qualification, rising to £24,177 in second year and £25,269 in your third (depending on performance) + staff associations, social clubs and pension.
