A fantastic Traineeship opportunity has arisen to join the team at MARDEN based in Benfleet, Essex. Marden Sign & Designs Limited manufacture high-quality commercial vehicle/clothing/signage and vinyl for small/large businesses with the main divisions being Commercial Vehicle Resprays, Workwear Print & Embroidery & Also Signs and Designs.

This is your chance to learn new skills and be a part of a thriving team with the potential to progress within the company onto an Apprenticeship and further.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident, well-spoken. And have a positive can-do work ethic attitude along with a willingness to learn and apply new skills.

The role itself will be working with a team of experienced members that will teach great skills every day to perfect spraying and vehicle prep.

Job Description Key Tasks and Duties:

• Preparation and mixing of paint and primers to the correct consistency before use.
• Application and finish of paint using air-assisted spraying equipment.
• Working with different types of paint.
• Daily maintenance checks of the spray gun and all paint equipment.
• Manual Handling.
• Learn how to prep vehicles.
