They support both the recruitment and training of apprentices through their 15-18 month programmes, ensuring you have the opportunity to start your careers in the best possible way. During their apprenticeship, all apprentices are fully employed, and receive 1:1 coaching from ex-industry professionals. They also work closely with employers to build pathways beyond the programme to ensure meaningful career progression.
On top of this, Multiverse are committed to ensuring they have strong links with community organisations to build a diverse and dynamic workforce of high potential future leaders.
