You may not have realised we provide mobile phone services for business, not just residential customers. But we do. And we have a whole team that provides these services, called the Mobile Infrastructure Delivery team. To make sure our services work for our business customers, we need to make sure we maintain and support the basic physical structures and facilities (like our BT buildings, access, power supplier etc.) that is needed for our network to operate.
As a Mobile Delivery Technical Co-ordinator, you’ll support the delivery of complex installation programmes across a variety of 4G and 5G products and portfolio solutions. Not only will you need to pro-actively manage the installs, you’ll also help our 2nd and 3rd line delivery support teams to ensure a brilliant customer experience. You’ll be resolving issues under tight timescales to support a live customer environment, so being able to keep calm under pressure is key.
We’ll teach you how to become an expert in understanding the end-to-end process needed to make this happen – like surveys, orders and site preparation method statements. It won’t just be about the technical skills though; we’ll help you to develop so that you can work professionally and independently, taking responsibility and initiative. You’ll also learn to work effectively with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders. That way you’ll be able to really deliver a seamless experience.
This job is available in the Enterprise part of our business.
