We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a twilight support assistant to join our friendly team and gain invaluable experience and skills for a career in health and social care.

Working at our nursing home, you’ll work within the existing trained and experienced care team to support our residents’ health, wellbeing and happiness.

Your day-to-day tasks may include helping with residents’ social activities, serving snack / drinks, tidying residents’ rooms, answering help bells and assisting with their dressing and personal care.

Supporting residents with a wide range of health conditions with aspects of daily living using effective communication to promote choice and maintain independence where possible.

Above all, you’ll be helping our residents feel comfortable and safe while they enjoy an exceptional quality of life in an atmosphere of respect, trust and joy.

We are looking for dedicated people who are simply passionate about helping others. Formal or informal experience in supporting others is preferable but not essential.

You must be aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit to apply for these opportunities. You cannot apply for a Kickstart Placement directly with an employer. You need to be referred to these opportunities by your Work Coach.
