Are you eligible?

Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?

Are you aged 16 to 24?

Your tasks may include:

• Providing an excellent customer experience, helping customers to choose the perfect flooring and window decorations for their homes
• Achieve personal and team sales targets on carpets, flooring and window dressings
• Easily build rapport and confidently seek to understand each customer’s needs
• Keeping the showroom clean and presentable at all times
• Problem solving and escalating only when necessary
• Following processes and procedures in line with company requirements
• Handling customer calls/emails in a polite and courteous manner
• Maintaining stock levels and display stands to ensure discontinued products are removed and pricing structures are both relevant and accurate
