This Traineeship opportunity is the perfect entry route into the world of property development and building. You will use you work experience to develop your industry skills and prepare you for potential progression into an apprenticeship route and paid employment. 24 hours over 5 days. Actual times/days open to discussion.

Duties –

• A physical and varied role within the building/property development industry providing opportunities to develop skills in all areas of the building industry
• Focusing on building and finishing of properties
• You will be supporting qualified and experienced colleagues as required who will also mentor you in your role and help develop your skills
• Your interests will be prioritised where possible

The Traineeship will also provide you with 1-1 training with your trainer who will help develop your skills in a variety of areas to help you prepare for the world of apprenticeships and employment.
