About the opportunity

A traineeship is a course with work experience that gets you ready for work or an apprenticeship. It can last up to 8 Weeks.

Description:

• Clean bedrooms and bathrooms working to ensure the rooms are services within the allocated time scale.
• Clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and lounges as well as guest rooms
• Organise work schedule from the room status list, arrivals, and departures
• Distribute linen, towels, and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand
• Have a friendly and approachable manner for members of the public and colleagues
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
• Follow all company safety and security procedures
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

You’ll get:

• A work experience placement
• Help with English and maths (if you need it)
• You won’t be paid, but you may be given expenses for things like travel and meals.

Eligibility

You can apply if you’re:

• Eligible to work in England
• Unemployed and have little or no work experience
• Aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 3
