Wyerton Ltd run an independent family owned artisan bakery that pride themselves that all their products are handmade on site and we do not use artificial preservatives, additives, dough developers, premixes or ascorbic acid and baked from scratch every day.
The company is recruiting a Trainee Artisan Baker through the Kickstart scheme.
Working as part of an experienced bakery team in a busy bakery environment you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of long ferment and bulk ferment breads, cakes, pastries and savouries for retail and resale markets. Ideally, applicants would have some previous bulk ferment baking experience or a college qualification.
