opportunity for 19 to 24 year old’s to work within the rail industry. Intertrain are Working with McGinley’s solution services to help individuals that are not in employment or further education to gain the necessary skills to work in the rail industry.
This opportunity will help develop and mold individuals to become the next leading track operative. candidates will gain a wealth of knowledge, guidance’s and new skills whilst on this 12 week traineeship.
Then our traineeship programme could be for you! As an Intertrain traineeship learner you will get:
• help with getting work, such as writing a CV and
finding a job;
• a work placement of 70 hours or more;
• help with the skills you’ll need for an apprenticeship or
job in the area you want to work in;
• a job interview or feedback from an employer;
• help with English, math’s and basic digital skills (if you
need it) as well as a nationally recognized qualification;
• vocational qualification in your chosen discipline.
