Who are the Get into Teaching Advisers?
Each Get into Teaching Adviser has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and as a team we have many years of experience between us. Our expertise ranges from early years through to post 16 age phases, including Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators, Head Teachers, and school consultants.
Many of our team also have experience of teaching internationally. We have experience with a diverse range of children and their needs, as well as training and coaching fellow educational staff and teams. Most importantly, we have all trained and remember the excitement and apprehension that comes with starting a career in the classroom.

We use our knowledge and expertise to assist with queries related to a career in teaching. We can help you gain school experience and reflect on the skills needed in the modern classroom. Advisers use their own experience, and the experience of the team, to provide an insight into all things teaching! Be it the daily life of a teacher, how to train to become a teacher, or how much teachers get paid, we are here to help!

Get some school experience! Observing a classroom environment will offer aspiring teachers first hand evidence of what the life of a teacher looks like. We may have all been to school, however, we were certainly not seeing things from the teacher’s perspective. Getting yourself back into the classroom as an adult is a fantastic opportunity to share your knowledge, skills, and passion with the younger generation.
