We are delighted to be launching the Talent Match Mark with London Youth, funded by the big lottery and with support from regional Talent Match teams on the 14th of July.
The Talent Match Mark is a new award that recognises and celebrates youth friendly employers. The Talent Match Mark is underpinned by the five principles of youth friendly employment developed by us in 2012.
Available in 4 levels, bronze, silver, gold and platinum employers are awarded for the work they do to encourage young people to explore and experience work as well as provide opportunities for employment.
Applications for the Talent Match Mark are open to all community members prior to the launch of the mark on the 14th of July. Community Members will be able to benefit from the national marketing and media that we hope to create in support of the launch.
