A Traineeship is a course that includes a work placement – It can last from 6 weeks up to 6 months.
A Traineeship isn’t a job – It is an educational course that takes place in a workplace.
At the end of a Traineeship the Trainee is guaranteed an interview for an Apprenticeship or job if available, or an exit interview with written feedback.
You won’t be paid, but you may be given expenses for things like travel and meals.
Job role
You will:
- Develop effective working relationships with the other employees within the Organisation
- Support an open, positive, and inclusive working culture
- Participate in the development of the Organisation’s policies
- Participate in evaluation of the Organisation, against agreed organisational goals and business and quality objectives
- Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships
- Minimise legal risks
- Participate in the maintenance of the Organisation’s management information systems
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of Care policies and procedures
Entry requirements
You can apply if you’re:
- eligible to work in England
- unemployed and have little or no work experience
- aged 16 to 24
- qualified below Level 3
