- Access tax calculators, claim tax refunds and track communication with HMRC
The app will require you to sign in with a 6-digit PIN, a fingerprint, or facial recognition, so your information will be kept confidential and secure. Just make sure you don’t tell anyone your password or National Insurance number to keep them safe!

When applying for student loans or any kind of other loan or benefits, you’ll likely need to provide your National Insurance number.
