Tesco is committed to helping young people transition into work with confidence. As a member of Youth Employment UK, they are also committed to the Good Youth Employment Standards.
Once you’ve completed your apprenticeship, you will have successfully achieved a Level 2 National Standard in Retail which is equivalent to 5 GCSE passes.
Depending on your own career goals, once you have completed your apprenticeship, you could become a Shift Leader.
The Stronger Starts Retail Apprenticeship is delivered entirely in store and gives you a great overview of a range of activities, including marketing, business, and technology and completing learning on a tablet device you’re provided with. You’ll then get a chance to practice your learning on the shop floor.
