Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?
Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below a Level 4?
Tasks could include:
- Respond efficiently to all initial enquiries via email and
- Meet and exceed the company’s service standards and goals on a consistent basis
- Package and book sample requests
- Send project fulfilment and customer feedback surveys
- Input information on data sheets ensuring all information is accurate
- Assist the Sales Manager with any other duties
- Liaise with customers regarding complaints and escalate as appropriate to Sales Manager
- Follow up customers who have previously received samples
- Label and book DTC shipments
- Liaise with customers in respect of deliveries Marketing duties
- Respond efficiently to social media enquiries
- Post approved content to social media
- Book post-project photography
- Send newsletters
