The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, we are looking for someone to come and join our Commercial team to support them with administration relating to costings in the factory.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide daily costings that highlight the business profit/loss
- Filing paperwork within the Sales Department
- Proof of delivery receipting and checking
- Completing various sales sheets in excel
- Answering incoming calls to Sales
- Managing transport spread sheets on excel
- Recording daily yields from the factory
- Liaising with other departments and transferring information as required
- Handling inter-company orders
- Assistance with export paperwork
- Holiday cover as required
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Experience
- Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fully competent in Word, Excel and email
- Proactive, organised, and excellent attention to detail
- Motivational and able to deliver results in a fast paced pressurised environment
- A team player with the ability to be self-sufficient and using a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Strong planning and organisational skills
