McColl’s Retail Group Plc is recruiting a Retail Assistant through the Kickstart scheme.
As a Retail Assistant you will become part of our McColl’s team and gain a variety of skills and retail experience within the convenience sector.
Your duties will include meet and greet customers, ascertain customers’ needs and wants, assisting customers in locating desired items, informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases (active sales), ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service, addressing and resolving customers queries or complaints in a professional manner.
To be eligible for this role you will demonstrate the company values and have good timekeeping and attendance.

You must be aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit to apply for these opportunities. You cannot apply for a Kickstart Placement directly with an employer. You need to be referred to these opportunities by your Work Coach.
