Mental Health First Aid – 2 day course for all managers/supervisors to ensure that they can recognise the symptoms of mental ill health and feel confident in providing initial help and support as well as being able to signpost or guide individuals professional help (course accredited by MHFA England).
Mental Health Allies – 4 hour course that equips individuals with the skills needed to promote positive wellbeing at work and encourage people to talk about mental health in a supportive way.
