This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the Work Preparation training, English, and maths for those who need it, and a high-quality work experience placement.

Traineeships help unlock your great potential and give you the work preparation training, maths, English, Digital Skills, and work experience needed to get an Apprenticeship or other job.

Are you eligible?

Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?

Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below a Level 4?

During the work experience, basic duties will include:

• You’ll work alongside Recruiters to find the best Teachers and Teaching Assistants for the vacancies they get from London schools
• You’ll be trained to interview candidates, to understand their experience and the preferences of their job search
• Advertising vacancies via job boards and social media
• Using new and existing methods to source the best talent in the education market, your role will be to introduce Ribbons & Reeves to these Candidates. Explaining how our service can benefit their job search

As part of the Traineeship you will have training from an experienced and qualified trainer to enable you to be able to:

• Pre-screen candidates and make decisions on their suitability for interview
• Interview candidates for job vacancies and assignments whilst remaining objective and unbiased
• Create a legally compliant, compelling, and attractive job advert to generate quality applications
• Employability skills
• Maths and English (if required)
