A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at Morgan Spencer as a Recruitment Resourcer. You will learn all aspects of the Resourcer role.

The role will inlcude:

• Assisting going through ad response and clearing down
• Creating accurate job advertisements to attract suitable candidates and removing expired
• Utilise job boards to find suitable candidates for current roles and doing screening calls
• Formatting CVs to upload to the data base
• Chasing candidates for necessary documents needed to complete their registration
• Speaking with candidates in regard to their interview feedback
• Administration
• Answering phones
• Matching to roles and communicating new roles to wider Morgan Spencer team
