• Ensuring all individual sales performance target expectations are met.
• Able to use learn and use existing database infrastructure.
• Able to communicate excellently to all different types of people – internal staff and external candidates and clients.
• Able to work long hours at a high pace of output and activity levels.
• Reviewing candidate placement forms, completing and approving them for placements.
• Resourcing candidates from sourcing tools that include websites, company database, social media outlets, job posts, advertising campaigns and other methods of candidate attraction.
• Cold calling is a must and the ability to pick up the phone constantly to be pro-active is essential.
• Ensuring own work is accurate and in line with expectations.
