Recruitment Administrator, Joshua Robert Ltd – B3 2SL – Apply By 30th August #WMKickstartJobs

Your role will be to support the consultants (primarily within the temporary recruitment team), along with general administration duties across the business; typical duties will include: Ensuring all new workers are fully compliant; Assisting with weekly payroll for 100+ temporary workers; Answering any queries relating to weekly payroll; Uploading documents to internal and external databases; Providing weekly figures to the Director.

Alongside tailored training plans internally and with our external partners, you will receive ‘on the job’ learning.

The skills required: Good working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential.

Experience in a previous administration role would be advantageous, but not essential (as full training is provided).

Any knowledge of accounts and payroll would also be advantageous, but again, not essential.
