Support the Cash Management and Payables processes within the Treasury Function across all markets in the West Service Centre, based in Warwick UK.

Key Responsibilities

Coding and posting all operating cost and any other non-asset related expenditure, to the purchase ledger.

Payment preparation, loading, and Direct Debit processing for all markets within structured procedures and authorities.

Maintenance of suppliers on Microsoft Nav Purchase Ledger, including daybook review and aged creditor balance analysis and control.

Provide transaction support for operating expenses and reconciliation.

Purchase Ledger filing, scanning and archiving on regular basis, including the transfer of documentation and information between the markets on a weekly basis.

Support across the Treasury Function with any other activities that fall within the responsibility of Cash Management and Payables.
