Brian Lightman explains why PiXL is working in partnership with Youth Employment UK to publicise the Youth Voice Census and invite their vast network of member schools and colleges to encourage student participation.
What is the Youth Voice Census?
The Youth Voice Census, running until May 31st, is a powerful opportunity to gain deep insights from a large sample of 11-30 year olds into the challenges , opportunities facing them and the key issues affecting their lives. Focusing on support for them in their local areas, the impact of COVID 19, skills for life and work, social action and volunteering the findings will be of immense value to everyone working with young people.
The Census: a means to better understand student issues in challenging times
As schools work tirelessly to move on from the pandemic, addressing the continuing challenges, learning the lessons and grasping opportunities it is in our best interests to encourage as many young people as possible to contribute to the online questionnaire.
PiXL is working in partnership with Youth Employment UK to publicise the survey and invite their vast network of member schools and colleges to encourage student participation.
