In the 2024 Youth Voice Census, young people told us in their thousands that there were not enough opportunities for them. They feel as though they are impossible to access, with 26% of young people saying there are no quality opportunities available where they live and a further 8% feeling there are no quality jobs available at all. We’re on a mission to change this.

With our recruitment package, you can post unlimited opportunities and vacancies through our opportunity finder, an interactive job board where young people can explore quality opportunities in their local area, and across the county.

Browse our opportunity finder and youth friendly employers to see the existing work organisations are doing to promote their early career opportunities.
