As a Marketing Officer Apprentice you will support student recruitment by managing the creation of engaging copy across a range of publications both internally and externally, ensuring the college website remains up to date and running analytics to create regular reports across campaigns.
The main duties and responsibilities are to:
- Maintain and edit the college website to ensure that it is user friendly, accurate and attractive
- Write keep warm emails, ensuring regular communication with students and prospective students
- Work with Curriculum areas to source information required to make the necessary changes to course information via Pro Solution
- Assist in the writing of imaginative copy and create stories to promote the college, supporting student recruitment
- Manage mail out processes including managing recipient databases, ordering of stationary, printing and working with student ambassadors to complete mail out processes
