What do you need to apply?

To be eligible to apply for Thrive Coaching with Stay Nimble, you need to:

  • be based in one of the 33 London boroughs
  • be unemployed or on a zero hours contract
  • agree to work with their coach

Thrive Coaching Programme Schedule

Parts 1 – 3: Discover

You will meet your coach to start reflecting on your Strengths, Skills and Values, and begin to reflect on the things that are most important to you.

Parts 4 – 7: Reflect and Decide

Reflect on your unique strengths and skills, and explore how to apply them in your life with your coach. Define your goals with a series of coaching activities and start to explore options for connecting these insights to the work you do.

Parts 8 – 11: Personal Brand and Preparation

Work with your coach to bring your new insights into the world by telling your story with confidence and positivity through your social media profiles, your CV and thorough interview preparation.

Part 12: Sustain

The final chapter equips you with the tools you need to sustain the gains you have realised through the programme.

What can you expect from the Thrive programme?

You’ll get 6 hours of confidential one-on-one time with one of our qualified coaches for free. Your coach is available for video calls and in-app chat.

The short, easy-to-follow activities and exercises are structured in a 12 part programme that is designed to fit around your other commitments and support your conversations with your coach.

Everything is self-paced so you can take our recommended 12 weeks to complete the programme or you can go faster or slower depending on your circumstances.

You’ll learn more about how to use your natural talents most effectively, and how to share what you’re great at in a way that generates opportunities.

You’ll get access to our Skills Library tool, to help you identify and reflect upon your transferable skills so that you can confidently communicate about them to potential employers in the language they understand.

You’ll deeply understand your values and how you can use these to help you align your values to the work you do.

You’ll learn the strategies that work when connecting with others who can help you to experience and experiment with different options.

You can revisit the materials at any time after the end of the programme, and enjoy access to all future updates and improvements.
