In this role, you’ll get to learn how to write good code and deliver quality, secure and innovative technology that provides a world-class service to HL’s clients and colleagues. A typical day
- You’ll build code for client and colleague facing software applications, test code, and analyse results.
- This role will require you to engage and collaborate with experienced software engineers, technical leads, products owners, agile coaches, and automation engineers.
- You’ll learn the skills and develop the knowledge required to work within different disciplines of our software engineering team.
- The apprenticeship also includes an opportunity for a month long rotation into the Mobile team to learn iOS and Android.
You must have
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

Job salary (per annum): £23,000
Working Hours 9:00am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri

Duration: 18 months
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the Bristol office
