About This Apprenticeship

RML Group have made their name by building winning competition cars but now they have grown far beyond the race track. Our capabilities include complete ground-up design, build and manufacturing commissions from one-off concept cars to low volume production road cars. All of this takes place at their facility in Wellingborough where you get to see the projects come to life!

As a result of RML Groups continuing success and growth, they are looking for an apprentice to join their HR Team and learn all aspects of HR. Apprentices at RML Group are very much part of the family and this certainly isn’t an apprenticeship where you will be doing the same thing every day. You will learn all about the business and experience first-hand where HR add value and bring people together.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruitment – placing adverts, responding to applicants, booking and assisting in interviews
• Onboarding – welcoming new starters into the RML family
• Admin – ensuring the records on the HR system are kept up to date
• Engagement – making sure people are kept informed by updating RML’s intranet
• Ensuring RML’s processes and procedures are followed with milestones and achievements acknowledged and recognised.

Requirements

• Minimum of GCSE grade 3 (D) or above in English and Maths.
• Experience of working in an office (you can include work experience, voluntary and temporary work)
• Basic microsoft outlook, word and excel skills
• Good with people
• Good organisation skills
