We are a new, in-demand and upcoming restaurant looking for a dedicated Commis Chef to work under the direction of the Head Chef.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking and able to respond positively to sudden changes, they must also be focused on providing guests with a great dining experience and supporting the kitchen team.
Main responsibilities: reporting to and supporting the head chef in running the kitchen, preparing and cooking food, working quickly and accurately to meet the demand in-store and for delivery, keeping cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime hours, sanitising kitchen and food areas to keep them clean and tidy, taking instruction clearly and confident in working unsupervised at times and perform duties required in the daily operation of the kitchen team.
