About This Opportunity

2 Week Hospitality SWAP with a guaranteed interview for the live vacancy(s). ? Delivery 8 days pre-employment training, 1-2 days placement We have secured 10 positions from liquor collective located in Birmingham. The employer will accept applicants immediately. All the jobs offered require a minimum of 16 hours per week. This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals to quickly secure employment if they succeed in the interview process. During the pre-employment training, which spans across 8 days, candidates will receive high quality training tailored specifically to the hospitality industry sector and employability. This includes instruction on interview techniques, preparation, and mock interviews, ensuring that candidates are confident and Local Contracted or Non-Contracted Provision Details fully prepared for the guaranteed interview. Moreover, we also focus on cultivating a growth mindset among candidates, empowering them to change their perspective and recognise their potential to achieve their goals. 19+ Unemployed Knowledge of the hospitality sector. Energetic and good communication skills. Desire to learn and develop. Available for evening and weekend shifts.
