Aged 18-25 and live in or near Leeds? Interested in local heritage, arts or research? Want to collaborate with the British Library?
The British Library are looking for 8 young people aged 18-25 to take part in a creative project this July in Leeds. You'll be delving into the British Library archives, learning research, collaboration and creative skills while contributing to real-life public exhibition about the history of independent shops in Leeds.
Over six evening sessions this July & September, these 8 young people will be supported in co-creating a pop-up exhibition exploring local Leeds heritage through creative research activities. Each participant will receive up to £400 total reimbursement for participating.
These will take place at Leeds Central Library, 6-8pm on the following dates:
