What you become a part of

Our apprenticeship programme allows you to do just that, you will be learning on the job working with experts in Planning and Commercialisation departments.
What will you do
- The apprentice will work with our planning or commercialisation teams to build an understanding of the planning, demand and production of our products across the UK.
- Work alongside experienced colleagues to build the knowledge required to become an expert in this supply chain field
- Connect with our manufacturing sites to understand what production is being planned
- Project manage product trials, promotional packaging and franchise brands
- 48 months blended programme will immerse you in the world of Supply Chain. Throughout the programme, you will attend our training providers’ site for lectures and then apply your learning on the job.
- Recognised degree qualifications
- 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
- £23.510 per year with an annual salary review.
- Exceptional training and development throughout the duration of your apprenticeship.
- Desirable - 3 A Levels (including science or similar related subject) or equivalent to 104 UCAS points
