This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office at least one day per week, this will be dependent on workload and business need

About the role
We’re excited to be looking for an Administrator to join our Operations teams, supporting colleagues to deliver on developing and delivering qualifications through administrative support.
You’ll join a small but sociable Resource Team, working alongside one other Administrator to provide support across multiple teams and building connections with colleagues across the business.
This role will give you exposure to working in a fast paced and rewarding environment in the education sector, developing skills across a range of administrative tasks. The diversity of this role ensures that you will be continually challenged and upskilled in a number of areas of the business.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Liaising with cross-organisation teams to effect various deadlines and actions.
- Co-ordinating team activities including scheduling meetings, appointments, visits, training and events
- Preparing and updating meeting agendas, minutes, reports, action lists and trackers
- Impart confidence with systems and transcribing of data.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing and minimising risk, escalating potential breaches
- General administrative support, including letters, telephone correspondence and organisation of meetings
- Experience of working in a busy administrative role co-ordinating multiple tasks, events and diaries
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent grammar and spelling
- Experience in using office applications and software such as Excel, Outlook, Access databases
- Be able to demonstrate excellent word processing and data entry skills
- A minimum of 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
