- Salary: £24,752 per year to start, with potential for increases as you grow.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Reporting to: Site Engineering Mentor
- Start Date: July/August 2025

- You’ll need to be 18 or older by September 2025
- GCSEs in English (Grade C/4) and Maths (Grade B/5) or equivalent qualifications
- Completion of GCSE, A-Level or T-Level studies, preferably with an Engineering bias is preferred but not essential.
- Lived in the UK for 3 years and also have Right to Work – Unfortunately we do not offer sponsorship for our Early Careers Programmes.
- A genuine interest in engineering (whether through school, hobbies, or personal curiosity!)
