The role
We’re seeking an energetic and ambitious individual to join our marketing team. Our small but mighty team covers a lot of ground, and our digital presence is growing. You will help InstaVolt become the EV charger of choice by increasing the visibility of InstaVolt charger locations across multiple maps such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, ZapMap, and others.
This role is crucial in optimising InstaVolt location listings according to brand values and best SEO practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing and developing strategies for paid advertising and communication across social media and CRM platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms.
- Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Help to maintain and update the company website and blog using CMS tools.
- Draft and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, and workshops.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as maintaining the marketing calendar and coordinating meetings.
- Strong interest in marketing and digital communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
