Job Description
We are a leading manufacturer of convenience food in the UK and our purpose is to make everyday taste better.
We’re a vibrant, fast-paced, leading food manufacturer, employing 14,000 colleagues across 16 world-class manufacturing sites and 18 distribution depots across the UK.

Our Logistics distribution network, comprising of 18 depots nationwide, makes over 11,500 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce as well as products of third parties to major convenience retailers across the country.

What you'll be doing
The Greencore Degree Apprenticeship Programme is designed to help you reach your potential and build a rewarding career in the food manufacturing industry.
In partnership with Nottingham Trent University, this 4-year apprenticeship programme will align your studies to real work experience, allowing you to earn a great salary and become an integral part of our team.
You’ll be working towards the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, to achieve a BA (hons) in Management and Leadership, as well as professional recognition by the Chartered Management Institute.
Based in our Tamworth warehouse, our Degree Apprenticeships provide a blend of on and off the job learning, exposure, experience, and education so that you can develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to kickstart your career. At the end of the programme, you will be supported to transition into a management role within the team, that is supports your future career goals to become a leadership and management professional in a fast-paced environment.
Based at our largest depot in Tamworth, you’ll gain experience in a number of roles over the duration of the programme, providing you with the tools to manage and lead high performing teams. You will contribute to ensuring department standards and KPIs are met, to ensuring our supply chain schedules are managed in a safe, compliant and legal way and most importantly, help make Greencore a great place to work for all our colleagues.

- GCSE English language and maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent
- 3 A Levels at BBB
- BTEC extended Diploma at DDM
- Or previous relevant work experience
