Engineering Apprentice

We’re recruiting Engineering Apprentices to work in our UK breweries across the UK. For the first year, you'll train with a provider to gain essential manufacturing skills, then move to your home brewery. The programme prepares future engineering technicians to tackle challenges with advanced brewing and packaging equipment. Apprentices maintain complex machinery, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. You’ll receive hands-on training, rotating through departments and supported by a mentor. The apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with academic study toward nationally recognized qualifications, including a BTEC Level 3 and potentially an HNC Level 4 in Engineering.
