About the role
We're excited to be looking for a Customer Experience & Approvals Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team.
As a Customer Experience & Approvals Coordinator you'll support the centre approval and additional qualification approval processes to grow the Active IQ customer base, and existing customer portfolio, in line with the business plan, contributing to the achievement of increased revenue.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Being a main point of contact for approved Active IQ private training providers and allocated key accounts for any administrative enquiries
- Supporting and processing applications for new and additional qualification approvals, from initial enquiry to submission of approved applications, within agreed timeframes
- Providing exceptional telephone and email support to Active IQ customers as well as build and maintain relationships with Active IQ customers through exceptional customer service delivery
- Maintaining accurate learner registration information and providing centres with guidance and support on certification claims, eLearning registrations and resource ordering
- Working in partnership with the Head of Operations and Customer Relationships to contribute to the achievement of targets
We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:
- Previous experience in a customer service role and/or an administrative role within a team environment
- Fully conversant with Microsoft office products
- Confident telephone manner and the ability to work to deadlines
- Communicate effectively
