As a Client Management Apprentice you'll assist in customer relationship management, support the management of a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients business objectives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results driven approach.  Responsibilities:
  • Elaboration of weekly monitoring reports with results vs. plan
  • Preparation of status notes and monthly reports 
  • Support the efficient and effective running of your assigned client accounts
  • Understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client 
  • Confidently liaises with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks (eg. a product, project management, billing)
  • Understanding of Jellyfish's value proposition
  • Understands the Everyday Fundamental Tools for Client Management
