About this tech careers event
Join this FREE Online event to learn what London Digital Jobs and Skills Hub is, how it all works, and how you can get started. You will also learn about the different entry level roles within the Tech industry and how you could get into them via corresponding training courses.
You do NOT need any previous experiences or qualifications to get into the industry via this route!

At this event we will be briefly explaining the day to day responsibilities of various entry-level Tech roles including Cloud Computing, Data Analysis, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Support, and sharing information about various FREE bootcamps and other training opportunities that can help you secure one of those roles. We’ll be joined by guest speakers and have the chance to ask any questions you might have!

This event is NOT a recruitment event. There will be no recruitment activity at this event of any kind. This is an information and discussion event designed to raise awareness of the FREE training opportunities available to eligible Londoners.
ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for the training opportunities discussed at this event you must meet all of the following requirements…
- You are currently unemployed OR you are employed part-time working for 16 hours or less per week OR you are employed on a zero hours contract.
- You are currently living in any of the 33 London boroughs.
- You must not already currently be in any form of education.
- You must NOT already have a university degree relevant to the career you want.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
The funding provided to London Digital Jobs & Skills Hub is specifically allocated for helping people who meet the eligibility requirements listed above. If you do not meet these requirements, we are unable to help you and therefore this event probably isn’t worth your time. If you are aware that you do not meet these eligibility requirements, please do not book a ticket for this event. This event has limited capacity, and you would be taking away the opportunity to attend from somebody else who would be benefiting more from the event.
