What will the apprentice be doing?
You will be required to:
– Always provide best in class customer service
– Provide foundational technical support to our 21,000 internal employees remotely and desk side
– Have shown analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Bring innovative ideas whilst demonstrating high energy, proactive approach, and decisiveness
– Handle multiple inquiries via our internal ticketing system
– Keep yourself up to date with the newest technologies
– Handle and deliver small projects
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This 15-month programme consists of five modules studied over 12 months, with the final three months spent preparing and completing the End Point Assessment (EPA).
– Live learning modules
– Weekly live lectures
– Access to E learning
– 1-1 meetings with their coach
– Quarterly reviews with coach and line manager
